SUP (stand-up paddleboard) Yoga- This class is a hybrid of traditional yoga postures while being on a stand-up paddleboard. This fun and challenging yoga class will activate the core and clear the mind to focus on the task at hand. With a variety of seated and standing postures, newbies and veteran yogis are welcome to join. Basic swim skills are required for this class.
Your guide on the water: You’ll be in the expert hands of Caitlin whose 500-hour advanced yoga training includes a specialized SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga certification. Caitlin’s classes are a perfect blend of mindfulness, movement, and fun — on and off the water.
